How do I return an item?

Shipping Cutoff Times:

• Please note: Any overnight or 2-day orders placed after 4 PM MST may not ship until the following business day.

Returns Process:

• Compete the RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization form)

• Include your RMA form in the return package.

• Pack the items in original product packaging.

• All returned items must be new, unused and in their original packaging.

• Send the return package to the address listed on your RMA.

• Refunds for returned items, if eligible, will be issued 7-10 business days after inspection


Restocking Fee

Orders returned within 60 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee. After 60 days an order cannot be returned.


Non-Returnable Items

Several items are marked Non-Returnable and cannot be returned. For example hose assemblies are a non-returnable items.


Ordered the Wrong Products

Orders returned within 60 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee. After 60 days an order cannot be returned.


Received Defective Products

All items that are defective can be returned to us for a full refund. We will also refund any shipping costs associated with such items.


Received a Damaged Package

We will make every effort to provide you with new undamaged products. If damages are caused by the shipping courier we request that you let us know as soon as possible in order to file a damage report with courier.


Changing Your Order Before It Has Shipped

You can change or modify your order before it has shipped by calling us @ (855) 396-7836. As long as items have not yet shipped we should be able to modify your order at no additional cost.


Cancellations

All cancellations must be made before order is shipped. Once order is shipped there is no way for us to cancel the shipment. Please call us @ (855) 396-7836 in order to cancel your order.
