In-rack fittings & quick disconnects
Stainless fittings, manifolds, and quick disconnects for the connections inside the rack — from the in-rack manifold to the server and cold plate.
When a project needs the full path covered, Titan supplies the in-rack side too — same stainless grades and coolant compatibility as our rack-drop components, from the header all the way to the node.
Inside the rack
Past the rack drop, coolant enters an in-rack manifold that distributes supply and return to each server, where short lines run to the cold plates sitting on the CPUs and GPUs. The connections here are smaller, more numerous, and made and broken often as servers are serviced — so they're built around hand-mate, spill-free quick disconnects sized for the server interface.
What we supply inside the rack

In-rack manifolds
Stainless supply and return distribution down the rack, feeding each server position from the rack drop.

Server quick disconnects
Hand-mate, dripless quick disconnects for the server and cold-plate interface — fast, one-handed connection for the connections that get serviced the most, with dry-break sealing on both halves.

In-rack fittings & adapters
Stainless fittings and adapters to complete the runs between the manifold, the server lines, and the cold plates.
View fittingsMost of what we do is off-rack
Our focus is the connection between the headers and the racks — transition fittings, isolation ball valves, flexible hose connections, and 1" OCP LQC quick disconnects. If that's the zone you're specifying, start there.
Same stainless, same coolants
Everything on the in-rack side is 304 and 316L stainless and compatible with PG25, deionized water, and the water-glycol blends these loops run — so the metals and the fluid compatibility stay consistent from the header to the node. And like everything Titan makes, it's US-manufactured and delivered in weeks, not months.
