Rack-to-infrastructure fittings for data center liquid cooling
The stainless connections that take coolant from a 4-, 6-, or 8-inch header down to the rack — transition fittings, isolation ball valves, flexible hose connections, and 1-inch OCP LQC quick disconnects, from one source.
This is where most of a liquid-cooled hall's field-assembled joints live, and where fitting quality shows up first at commissioning and last in the maintenance log. It's what Titan Fittings builds.

The rack drop, from one source
Between the coolant distribution unit and the racks, the secondary fluid network runs supply and return headers along each row. At every rack, the loop drops down and connects — a short sequence of components that has to reduce from a large header, isolate for service, absorb misalignment, and disconnect without spilling coolant on live hardware.
We make that whole sequence in matched 304 and 316L stainless, so the metals agree end to end and the connection comes from a single supplier instead of four.

Transition fittings & reducers
Step down from a 4-, 6-, or 8-inch header to the line feeding the rack, and adapt between connection and thread standards in as few joints as possible. Machined in 304 and 316L for clean, leak-tight transitions on the secondary loop.

Isolation ball valves
Full-port stainless valves that take a single rack out of service without draining or depressurizing the loop. Positive quarter-turn shutoff, low pressure drop across headers feeding dozens of racks, and a handle position you can read at a glance.

Flexible hose connections
Absorb the misalignment, thermal movement, and vibration between a rigid header and a rack — and turn the final connection into a hand-mate operation in a tight aisle. 304 and 316L stainless end fittings, selected for coolant service.

1" OCP LQC quick disconnects
The OCP Large Quick Connector, purpose-built for the facility-to-rack and CDU-to-manifold connection. Screw-to-connect, dripless, and connectable under working pressure, so racks come on and off line without draining the loop. We supply the 1-inch size — the common choice on a 4-inch header. As an open OCP standard, it interoperates with other compliant halves across your fleet.

Why source the whole drop from Titan
Transition fitting, valve, hose, and coupling all in the same 304/316L stainless — no dissimilar metals introduced into the coolant path.
Compatible with PG25, deionized water, and the water-glycol blends running across direct-to-chip, rear-door, and immersion systems.
The 1" LQC is an open standard, so you keep second-source flexibility on a component you buy by the thousand.
One supplier for every adapter, fitting, quick disconnect, and valve on the drop — not a four-vendor sourcing puzzle.
A distinct advantage — tighter supply-chain control and no dependence on overseas lead times.
One of the fastest lead times in the industry, so the rack-drop package never becomes the long pole in a build schedule.
We work with the hyperscalers, mechanical contractors, and colocation providers assembling these connections across whole halls.
